Position Summary:

Reporting to the CEO, the Director of Sales & Marketing, plays a pivotal role in orchestrating and executing department initiatives to promote Grenada as a premier tourism destination. The Director of Sales & Marketing oversees the engagement with sales and marketing service providers, coordinates advertising logistics, assesses the impact of marketing and sales activities, and ensures alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.

Position Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales or a related field.
  • Ten years’ managerial experience in Marketing and/or Sales.
  • Proven ability to produce results.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a preference for achieving goals and creating efficiencies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines.
  • An open mind to be able to adapt to timely strategic changes.
  • Boundless creative ideas and energy.
  • Competitive spirit
  • Long hours sometimes required, including nights, public holidays and weekends.
